Frequently asked questions

Straight answers to what people ask before booking. Do not see yours? Call, and a person picks up.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
The crew does. The van carries professional products, microfiber cloths, mops, and HEPA vacuums. Clients who prefer their own products on a specific surface leave them out with a note and the cleaner uses those.
Are you insured and bonded?
Fully. Every cleaner on the crew is insured and bonded, and every visit carries the free re-clean promise. Something off? The crew comes back and fixes it, no charge.
Will I get the same cleaner every time?
That is the point of the recurring plans. One dedicated cleaner learns the home and how the client likes things. If they are ever out sick, the client gets asked before a teammate is sent.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?
Yes. The everyday kit is family- and pet-safe, and the Green Cleaning option goes further: plant-based, EPA Safer Choice products, no harsh fumes at all.
What's your cancellation policy?
Plans change. Move or cancel a visit free up to 24 hours ahead. Inside that window a small fee applies, because the cleaner's day is already set aside.
Do I need to tip?
Only if you want to. It is never expected. Clients who do tip usually leave 10-20%, and every cent of it lands with the cleaner.
How long does a cleaning take?
Figure about 2-3 hours for a standard 3-bedroom with one cleaner. Deep cleans and move-in/out work take longer, and the quote gives a straight time estimate.
How much does it cost?
The crew prices on the home's size, condition, and how often it comes. No generic rate card. Recurring clients save up to 20%, and the instant quote gives a real number in about a minute.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Every one of them. Background check, reference check, in-person training, then supervised visits before anyone cleans solo in a home.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients leave a key, door code, or garage code. Entry details stay locked down and only the assigned cleaner ever sees them.
Do you really not cover the Bronx?
Really. The 5-mile circle around Bryn Mawr Park is what lets the crew show up on time, every time. The Bronx sits just outside it, but every Westchester town on the list is fully covered.
