The people behind the shine

The company is a small local crew, and picky about who joins it. Every cleaner passes a background check, reference checks, and paid hands-on training before their first solo visit. Nobody pretends this is a big company. There are a handful of crew, they live here, and they plan to still be cleaning here in ten years.
